PRESS WORK
At Comar International we make use of our in-house press machines to manufacture a wide variety of perfectly pressed components. Our highly skilled staff are expertly trained in sheet metal pressing, and know exactly how it should be done in order to manufacture the best quality end products for our loyal client base.
MASS PRODUCTION

CNC MILLING
Comar International’s excellent CNC Milling capacity includes Multi-pallet, 5-axis machines and 15 Vertical and Horizontal Machining Centres allowing: - Horizontal Machining in 5 axis up to a 1000mm cube - Vertical Machining in 4 Axis and Twin Spindle - Accuracy up to 4 microns (roughly 1/20th of a human hair) - 'Green Button' technology allowing super-fast response
TOOLMAKING
With time-served toolmakers, from the plastic injection mould tool industry, our engineers are hugely skilled and highly motivated. They can undertake all forms of CNC and manual machining, through to EDM spark erosion, bench fitting, polishing, assembly and mould tool bed-outs. Experience is in abundance which is essential when producing high quality, on-time mould tools and fixtures.
CNC TURNING
Comar International specialises in CNC Milling and CNC Turning including multi-pallet, 5-axis machines and both Vertical and Horizontal machining utilising state-of-the-art engineering techniques including CAD/CAM program-proving technology.
CYLINDRICAL GRINDING
Our highly skilled and certified craftsmen operate state of the art CNC cylindrical grinding machines to achieve the desired size. By offering inside diameter (ID) and outside diameter (OD) services, our machinists are able to work with a variety of shapes that have a central axis rotation including cylinders and shafts.
DESIGN & PROGRAMMING
As part of our dedication to quality and efficiency, Comar International’s design department incorporates a cutting-edge CAD/CAM facility, providing off-line programming and proving-out of programs prior to CNC machining.
